Our system Tune & Checks may include the following:
- Clean condenser coil of all surface debris
- Tighten and test all electrical switches and controls for safety
- Check refrigerant levels
- Lubricate moving parts as required
- Test and calibrate your thermostat, if necessary.
- Change the air filter, if provided.
- Check electrical wiring for proper ratings, installation, and connections.
- Check lines and fittings for signs of leaks or oil
- Inspect and test capacitors and many more!

Work will be performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Any major repairs will be pre-authorized by you prior to any further service. The inspection includes air conditioning equipment only. Price is per unit.
